Critical Reflection
The showcase presentation I have selected is Big Hero's topic on workplace bullying. Although there were many great presentations on that day, I felt that their group's presentation left a lasting impression as they were from the same CPD class, hence their improvements were obvious and I found myself anticipating their presentation. The first thing I noticed about their presentation was the huge improvement in slides. They were easy to understand, with minimal words and was visually appealing as well. This, as compared to their original slides were a lot more professional and suited to the theme of the project. Content wise, the flow of their slides was smooth which became a huge aid for them with regards to the flow of presentation. I also noticed that the team was a lot more professional with their presentation. Although some members made hiccups when presenting which led to several pauses mid sentence, they remained calm throughout and carried on with their prese
